The Home Energy Advice Team (HEAT) is funded by the ACT Government to provide free, independent, expert advice on how to improve the energy efficiency of your home.

Closure of ACT Government HEAT Program

The Environment and Sustainable Development Directorate advises that the Home Energy Advice Team (HEAT) audit program and advisory service closed 20 April 2013.

The Directorate is currently developing a new residential energy advisory service, which will be launched later in 2013.

The terms and conditions of the HEAT program give households that have participated in the program six months from the date of their home energy audit to claim their rebate.
